I don't see the product (MSP-EXP430F5529LP) register at all on the Windows 10 64-bit Device Manager.
I need to know how to determine if this product is defective so I can ask for a replacement.
I have loaded the MSP430 drivers as well as the Uniflash application.
CCS can't access the part because it isn't even showing up on the Device Manager.
I have not had this problem with other USB devices on any port of this computer.
The green light comes on, so I know there is some connection between it and the computer
