MSP430F6726A: SD24_B conversion result fluctuates

Part Number: MSP430F6726A

Hi,

I have questions about SD24_B of MSP430F6726A.

The differential-input of SD24 becomes inaccurate when the input voltage is above |600mV|.
Even if I use a stabilized power supply and input the same voltage, the lower 8bits of the conversion result fluctuate.

Question 1:
Would you have any ideas to improve the accuracy?
(How to reduce fluctuations)

I am thinking of converting SD24 with LPM0. Because I want to reduce the power supply noise and measure voltage.

Question 2:
How much time do I need to wait after LPM until the power consumption goes down?
I would like to use this time to set the Preload time.

Regards,

Rei
