MSP430F6726A: Regarding SINAD characteristics in SD24_B

The characteristics shown in Fig. 5-19 are shown on page 69 of the data sheet.

Is it okay to understand that they have fin = 12Hz?

Under the conditions shown in Fig. 5-19, is it okay to understand that around up to fin =  1MHz / (1024x2) = 488Hz

has the same characteristics?

  • No, you can see that it has a premise: fSD24 = 32 kHz, SD24OSRx = 512, SD24REFS = 1

    If you want to fin =  1MHz / (1024x2) = 488Hz, that means the OSR is 1024. It is a different test condition. According to my experience, the ENOB will close to 16 bit, if the input signal is close to full input range.
