MSP430G2211: Using IAR IDE and MSP-EXP430G2ET downloading code gives endless loop in downloader (not in my code)

Using IAR IDE and MSP-EXP430G2ET when downloading code that makes properly I get "cannot reach main" error. Single-stepping shows in downloading (not in my code) it undergoes an endless loop.  It has programmed MSP430G2231IN14 but m arose when I tried to program ssot parts by 4-wire JTAG and by a carrier using the EXP430G2ET on-board DIP. with both MSP430G2211IPW14 and MSP430G2352IPW14.  Screen shots are available on the attachedcdocument.  This has occurred in multiple chips and multiple MSP-EXP430G2ETs.

When single-stepping with the msp430g22Programming issue.docx52.h the program runs from F1B0 until FFIC8 and then cycles back to F1BO. Never breaks out to reach main.
