Good day, we received query that device is defective. When plugin the device, both LED does not lights up. The customer want to have a refund on this matter.
For the details, Ill copy below.
"This is my first time using the device, but I am enrolled in a course with experienced TA's that have been helping me trouble shoot. I know it is not operation error because I reordered the same device (I need it for my class) and have utilized it in the exact same way as the original and it works. The original device was defective. I plugged the replacement into my laptop, and it lit up and displayed a message. I am confused by your assertion that the device is not connected to my laptop in the photo because the connection is clearly visible. I utilized a converter when plugging the controller into the wall outlet. In addition, I tried to connect the microcontroller to my laptop first with no sucess, so any fault in the device was present before testing other power sources. "
