Hello Team,

I'm searching for MSP430 FET programmer for my MSP430FR2355. I found with two colors one with black and one with white ,what is the difference between white one & black one?

where both the datasheets remains same. Which programmer(white or black) will suite to program MSP430FR2355 ? any help would be very thankful.

Hi Vamshi,

You don't need a separate FET programmer with the FR2355 Launchpad. The Launchpad has an integrated eZ FET to program the MSP430FR2355. If you want to program the MSP430FR2355 on another board, you can jumper the pins from your Launchpad and use the eZ FET on your Launchpad to program your target board.

Thank you for the reply,

we are planning to program our custom(2355) board with programmer. So, i'm confused with two types of programmers. when i searched for it in TI i got black color one. But in local market white color one is available.

can the white color one useful to program or can i go to black color one which seems like updated one ?
