MSP430FR5738: Radiation tolerance of MSP430FR5738/3789

Part Number: MSP430FR5738
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430FR5739, MSP430FR5739-EP, MSP430FR5969-SP

I am assessing potential microcontrollers for a low-cost CubeSat program. Cost and performance are major factors and the MSP430FR5738 has been identified as an attractive MCU. I noticed there is a "space-qualified" version for the MSP430FR5739. I would like some clarification on the differences between the MSP430FR5738 (or MSP430FR5739) vs. the space-qualified version. I assume it would use ceramic packaging to reduce outgassing, but is the radiation tolerance of MCU different between the standard and space-qualified versions? Thank you.
