MSP430F2619: MSP430F2619SPM ADC work abnormally at -55℃

Part Number: MSP430F2619

Hi

I have 2 questions when using MSP430F2619SPM.

1. Schematic as below, R=4.7kΩ,C=10uF, the TEM2 signal is directly to MSP430 ADC, I want to check, if the  ext. R/C Value is right? what is the R/C value range?

2. when MSP430F2619SPM using in -55℃,3 Channel ADC of the 6 Channel  can not work accurately, while the other 3 channel work normally, but they can work normally after work for a while(suppose the temperature rose after working for some time, and ADC can work normally?)

Does this mean the chip MSP430F2619SPM cannot work continually at -55℃?any Margin for this -55℃?

Thanks!
