I have been unable to find any details at all about the quality of the SD24 unit in the MSP430AFE range. Not in the datasheet, the device family guide or on the E2E forum. There's no SINAD, no ENOB, no SNR or THD. Texas Instruments will of course know these essential details about their product but where or how can I find this information?
Specifically, I need to know what ENOB (or SINAD) I can get if I only care about the 0-150 Hz signal bandwidth and have a +-160 mV differential signal range.
The SD24 is referred to as being of type "SD24_A". Does this mean I can find the details in some other technical document? Or can SD24_A vary between different devices?
