MSP430FR5969-SP: What location/bit to write to perform a software reset

Hi experts

My customer has the following question about software reset:

In the case if my application need to do some software reset after certain time of operating,

1. Which memory address the software application can write to perform the reset? the PC is loaded with the address contained at the SYSRSTIV reset location (0FFFEh).
2. Is it 0xFFFE is the location’s address at which Software Application can write some value to perform the reset?
