I'm looking for the link to the software (MSP430 firmware) for the design posted TIDA-00637 Level 1&2 Electric Vehicle Service Equipment Reference Design

In the design guide for this project  (tidub87.pdf) section 6 it describes how to set up the example firmware in CCS, but I can not find it.

I apologize in advance if this is an obvious link I'm just missing... I'm still new to CCS and the TI materials.

Thanks,
Kurt

  • Hi Kurt!

The board you are referring to is only a design example and not meant to be sold, so maybe there is no official download link for that specific firmware. This is only a guess from my side. But maybe someone from TI can provide it.

That is a fear of mine... the design notes make it sound like there is software that was shared at some point in time.

Hopefully someone from the TI staff can confirm if the software is available still for public use or not.

    Hi Kurt,

I'm still working on getting this on the web per your other thread here: https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/msp430/f/166/t/527034 Sorry for the additional delay.

    Regards,

    Katie

UPDATE: I've been told that this has been fixed and will be on the web tomorrow. Thanks for being so patient, and I hope this can close the issue.

    Regards,

    Katie

  • In reply to Katie Pier:

The firmware is now online, if you click the button for Download Design Files then under Software Files you'll find it. Here is a link as well: http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/tidccg1
