Part Number: MSP-FET

Hello,

I have the EVM430-F6779, I want to connect it to computer using the MSP-fet.   Do i need to download drive?   Where can i find the drive?

Thank you

nishan

  • Hello Nishan,

Yes, you will need the drivers installed to use the MSP-FET.  If you install the CCS IDE, this will also include the driver during the installation.  Alternatively, you can use a stand alone driver.  I have included links to CCS and stand alone drivers.

    Hi

Thank you for your response.  Do you have example project code for the EVM430-F6779?  I could compile it using the IAR and loaded into the EVM boadr.

    Thank you

    Nishan

    Nishan,

The energy meter Design Center can be found below.  There is a users guide once you install the design center that walks you through configuration and generating the IAR or CCS source code.

    Best Regards,
