What can I use to program the MSP430G2001?

Hello. I have the Launchpad and was wondering how I can program the MSP430G2001? I don't think I can use the Launchpad itself, can I?

MSP430G2 LP support all MSP430G2xx devices. Just connect TEST / RESET / VCC / GND pins to target chip.

MSP430F5529 LP support all MSP430G2xx devices, too.

Just to be more precise, MSP430G2 LP support all MSP430x2xx devices that are published before LP. New devices that are published later (for example MSP430G2955) are not supported by MSP430G2 LP, but they are supported by MSP430F5529 LP.

OMG :) Poor LaunchPad. You got plenty of them, right?

BTW remove R29 and R28 if you put crystal on board.

No, it's not mine. I never used any other tool for flashing, just my own (BSL/SBW done by myself).

I found this pic somewhere on TI E2E. It shows that DIY P2P on QFN is possible.

before current LP firmware version, to be correct (there have been firmware updates). And only those which support SBW (not all 2x family devices support SBW, even if published before LP)
