There isn't an evaluation board for every single processor, that's right. There are some boards where you can put several MCUs with an equal package in, but then the main pins like power, JTAG / SBW, ... have to match. But you can also solder an MSP to a breadboard adapter and build your future project around it.

Design document contains design of controller which clock to use, power supply designing and peripheral connecting circuits, sir , is there any schematics for design this controller.....

All of your questions will be answered in the datasheet and the user's guide. I gave you links to them in my first repsonse (link one and two).
