I need to convert lcd segments in msp430f427 (PIN NO. 12 TO PIN NO. 43 ) TO GPIO.
Please help if it is possible or not. Please confirm how many of them can be converted to GPIO, and how.
I have downloaded the datasheet but it is not showing even they are multiplexed or not. Not even what port pin they will be if used as GPIO.

If you mean one of those standard HD44780 compatible LCDs...
...then no, the pins for driving the LCD segments are not usable to connect to such a display. These LCDs are connected to GPIO pins. Your MSP can control this display, but it only has a few GPIO pins, so maybe not many left then.
Using one of the HD44780 type displays with this MSP430 does not make sense. You should chose another processor.
