I am trying to order a couple of things from the TI Store and it has become a drama. I did not expect this.
All I want to do is order the following:
From the 2nd of April, I have been trying to put an order through for a bundled item:

Then, the total, instead of being 17.99 + 5.00 + postage, it gives the singular prices and becomes the same as buying them independently.

but this is having the same issue.
I was advised that you guys are aware of it, from TI Asia, since they had to contact USA, and I was informed that it would be fixed by the end of the week, and to check the website.
Well, you guessed it, it was not fixed. So, this time I called from Australia, direct to the USA, only to be told to call my local 1-800 number so that they could order it for me.
Here is the surprise, they were very un-corporative and were NOT WILLING TO HELP ME, and was told to raise a case! When I mentioned that I had done that, and then called the USA, of which ADVISED TO CALL my "local" somewhere in Asia, not Australia by the accent, I was told to just get back to that email and reply to that!
So, no customer service, just given the run-a-round! Anyway, I did that!, SO, Guess what, more time passes, I get a reply that now it will be fixed in 2 weeks time (as of 12th of April, 2016, so May the EARLIEST! and to check the website then!
Now, that means, to order these items, I would have to pay the single price of each item!
Then you have put special discount coupons for various items valid for 12-14 April, yeah right, how am I to even consider getting anything when I am having so many issues. Previously, I had sample issue request, I ended up having to call long distance to USA, and was able to get an answer and what to modify. I had an issue with my account, it had to go through the USA.
So, hopefully, you guys can now understand my frustration that I am having with your Customer Service support!
So, can someone from over there help me PLEASE!!! Even put them through as samples just for all the hassle's I have had.
