Is there a module that exists as part of the iec60730 Class B to test the SD24_B module for MSP430f6721?

Steve,

The IEC60730 library from TI does not have an API to test SD modules. We do provide an API to test the ADC modules of the supported devices.

Currently I am not using any of those modules. Is there a reason why they did not include the SD24 modules as part of the test and is it necessary to test the SD24 modules?

The SD24 module is not currently supported by the IEC60730 library because none of the devices currently supported by the library have an SD24 module.
