I would like to make a measurement application very similar to the TIDM-THDREADING desing. but I want the measurement of three-phase voltage is completely isolated, as I can do for this it.

We do not currently have a reference design for people needing isolation between the phases and the measurement MCU. There are a couple of possible solutions which we have seen people use. The most obvious one is to use three small potential transformers along with the three current transformers. Another is to use a divider with a resistance large enough to meet isolation requirements. You won't be able to make a direct connection to the neutral for these dividers, but the 7th ADC in some of our 3-phase metering devices can be used to measure the neutral to MCU ground voltage, and subtract this from every phase to MCU ground voltage measurement.
