MSP432 Bootloader using UART

Hi,

is there an example code on how to flash the MSP432 using UART?

I have an embedded CPU which communicates with the MSP432 via UART.

On the User Guide i didnt find any example code

Based on the example i will have to make a driver on linux that flash the MSP if there is any update available.

Thanks,

Michael

No necessarily, please take a look at our bsl scripter tool:

The BSL Scripter is a PC application that is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. It is a user interface which allows to easily communicate with the BSL on MSP430 and MSP432 devices to modify the device's memory via UART, I2C, SPI or USB.

And the source code is also available when you download/install the tool.

      Hopefully this helps.
