I think it is best to wait until the files are posted before resolving the issue so that we can make sure it is tracked to completion.

The files have still not been posted.

The Systems engineer has informed me that the request was recently added to the queue and it will take a couple days to be published on the landing page. You can expect it to be published by the end of the week. Thank you for your patience.

I understand that I had suggested it would be uploaded by the end of last week but some unforeseen complications arose, slightly delaying the publishing of the native Altium files for the CAPTIVATE-METAL board.
