Part Number: MSP430F6721A
Hello every one
I'm new to MSP430 MCUs, and wondering about low cost options for flash programming Only (Debugging or Emulation is an extra feature).
The MSP430F6721A fits my project needs. Fortunately, I have LaunchPad board MSP-EXP430G2 locally available.
I learned that the MSP430F6721A can be programmed using JTAG or SBW.
my question, can I Flash the newer MSP430F6721A using the older MSP-EXP430G2 LauchPad using onboard SBW connection and UniFlash software ?

If you would consider using BSL for flashing, it may be possible to use the G2 Launchpad and a programmed G2231 or similar part, with the BSL Scripter software. See SLAA535a.pdf and the related zip file.

Clear, Thank you.
In table 1 of MSP Debugger's User Guide (http://www.ti.com/lit/slau647 ),
The first row tells that all MSP430 devices can be programmed using any board that has eZ-FET lite interface.
I found that the newer MSP‑EXP430F5529LP has eZ-FET lite software interface,
Can I use this board to program MSP430F6721A ?
I want to confirm this before ordering the board
Thanks again every one.
