If any coding problem pls tell me the exact reason and how to work properly guide me as soon as possible.

Hi,

Could you please be more specific? Have you probed the SPI lines with an oscilloscope or logic analyzer? And have you made sure the SPI settings that you are using on the MSP430 match those of the W25q64?
