Hi,

I need help to configure this board to read mutual capacitance between two copper electrodes. I need to get the raw value to change a display based on that. Please advice which tutorial to follow.

Hello Manuja,

CapTIvate technology is not designed to read the absolute mutual capacitance between two copper electrodes instead it detects the relative changes of the mutual capacitance. You can use the raw measurement counts value from CapTIvate peripheral and process that data based on your system. The captivate design center GUI can show you the raw measurement data.

Hi Yiding,

I am able to measure the relative change of capacitance between two electrodes. I can see the GUI response to the change in capacitance. Nut, I am not sure how to access this information in the code. Please advice.

Hello Manuja,

I think what you are asking is how to access the sensor element data and we do have the examples showing that in our technology guide.
