MSP430FR6989: MSP430FR6989: About FRAM programming

Part Number: MSP430FR6989

Hello

I'm troubled.
Now I am writing a program to write data to FRAM.
We confirmed that FRAM can be rewritten by setting the MPUSEGxWE bit.
However, even if MPUSEGxWE is set to 0 and writing is prohibited, it can be written.
In Table 9-4. Segment Access Rights of User's Guide, if this bit is prohibited, it can not be written but it can actually be written.
After writing, if write inhibit is set to the same address, it is overwritten.
Is there anything I can think of?

Regards.
