Part Number: MSP430F2001
What's the ESD and EFT performance of MSP430F2001 ?
It will be triggered to reset when test by EFT at 3000V, 100KHz, 75 pulse.
It has 6V, 400W TVS on VCC, and add decoupling capacitor close to chip.
We are glad that we were able to resolve this issue, and will now proceed to close this thread.

Most MSP430 devices have a maximum ESD diode current of +/-2mA. You can read more about how these diodes work in the ESD Diode Current Specification app note. Here are some other helpful references regarding system-level ESD protection.
