Part Number: MSP430F2252

I need to get MSP430F2252IYFFR ESD data include CDM/HBM. TI supprot team give me nothing and told me if follows 

ESD control programs such as ANSI/ESD S20.20. I need to get real data, thanks !

    Hi,

    normally you can find qualification data under the followoing link:
    www.ti.com/.../home

    And you're right newer parts have CDM/HBM in datasheet on some older it is still not in. For this dedicated part I checked the qual memo for HBM/CDM

    HBM passed up to 3000V and CDM up to 500 V. However normally we specify our parts according JEDEC document JEP155 (HBM) and  JEDEC document JEP157 states that 250-V (CDM) even if we pass higher levels.

    This is required to be in line with the ESD industrial councils adivse.
