Hello Sir/Mam,

I am trying to flash code on MSP430I2040  through MSP-EXP430FR2311 launchpad using SBWTDIO and SBWTCK pins .  The code is from ti resource explorer http://dev.ti.com/tirex/#/?link=Software%2FMSP430Ware%2FDevices%2FMSP430I2XX%2FMSP430I2040%2FPeripheral%20Examples%2FRegister%20Level%2Fmsp430i20xx_01          

When i am trying to flash code on MSP430I2040 , Code composer studio is throwing error-

    Hi Fakruddin

    Here are some comments here help you to find the problem
    1. Use the msp430fr2311 launchpad to program the MSP430FR2311 first to make sure the EZ-FET is work
    2. Have you shared the GND between the launchpad and your own board?
    3. Use multimeter to check the pins in launchpad SBWTDIO and SBWTCK realy connected to msp430i2040's relevant pins

        Thanks for your valuable suggestions.

    1.I am able to flash MSP430FR2311 from launchpad.

    2. GND is also shared between launchpad and target board.

    3. SBWTDIO and SBWTCK also checked with multimeter.

    I have a doubt that can we flash MSP430I2040 with MSP430FR2311 launchpad or not...? Or we require some another device for the same ?

    Issue is solved , There was soldering issue.
