    Hello Luck,
    not sure whether I understand your question correctly. Would you like to know the maximum frequency? If so the MSP430F5418 is specified for frequencies up to 18MHz.
    Please keep in mind, the MSP430F5418 is not recommended for new designs. There is a pin compatible device MSP430F5418A available, which is in quite some details improved version of the non-A version, which e.g. can operate with up to 25MHz.
