MSP430F6726: ADC10 input impedance

Hello,

I have a customer trying to asses the total input impedance of the ADC10 peripheral. Do we spec a leakage current or equivalent DC impedance for the input capacitor C_i?

Ultimately looking into the ADC pin, what's the impedance look like?

Thanks for the reference, yes I saw this before but wasn't sure if it applied. I haven't heard back from the customer yet, but I think this will help.
