Hi,
Can I use www.ti.com/.../msp-ts430pm64 and http://www.ti.com/tool/msp-fet to flash/program MSP430F2619S-HT? If not what options do I have?

    If you are using the PM64 package, then you can use the msp-ts430pm64.
    If you are using KGD die, then only option is to program in final hardware using an msp-fet or other compatible programmer.
