Hi, MSP430FR support team

My customer is looking for MSP430FRxxxx that can support HID and is small package. I would like to suggest MSP430FR2433 to him. Can MSP430FR2433 support HID? If YES, how many is necessary for memory size to support HID?

If NO, please tell me your recommended device name.

There is no FR family member with USB hardware module. HID can be implemented by software bit banging on G2. This can be ported (don't know if anybody did it) to FR.

I know that MSP430FR family doesn't have USB hardware module. I would like to know if MSP430FR2433 can implemented code for "HID over I2C" and also how many memory size is necessary to implement.

If it can, please share sample code with me.

We have not try that. So we don't have the information and sample code you need.
