We have EVM430-F6779 board. There is I2C EEPROM(24C02CSN) on board.

what is the role of EEPROM on this board?

We flashed EMDC (EVM430F677 _CT_3V_3C_50Hz) generated code on this board its working fine.

Is EMDC generated code requires EEPROM ?
