Hello,

I am using "MSP432P401R Launchpad" to run the example code "boostxl_edumkii_microphonefft_msp432p401r_MSP_EXP432P401R_nortos_ccs". How can I calculate how much time it takes to execute the code for once?

Yes, but do you want to calculate it from the assembly code or measure it on the hardware?

Get the disassembly of the routine and a copy of the Cortex-M4 reference manual and start reading:
(I got it here)

Note that interrupts might make it indeterminate.
