MSP430FR6047: Delta TOF

Hi Radek,

Can you post a picture of the ADC capture of your signal along with a screen shot of your configuration parameters for your custom application?  Do you see any errors being reported in the GUI?

I cant post it right now, I should be able to make it in one week. But meanwhile i can provide screen from GUI and screen from custom application, which measure time of flight times, but delta TOF is zero.

I'm a little confused as to why the GUI isn't showing a zero result for dToF. Can you tell me which algorithm option you are using in the "Advanced" tab of the "Configuration" tab in the GUI?

I'm using option Lobe, which is only possible for MSP430FR6047.

Hi, i finally get to the measurement device and i was able to get the ADC capture ;)

Hi Radek,
You need to capture the entire signal. You should modify the "Gap between pulse start and ADC capture" parameter in the GUI to do this. I would also recommend that you try reducing the number of pulses you are using to 10 and conduct a frequency sweep from 900kHz to 1100kHz to ensure you are exciting your transducers at the peak amplitude of their frequency response.

ok, i will try to change the gap between pulse start and ADC capture and i will upload the results :) We already made frequency sweep in little bit wider area 900 kHz - 1400 kHz and then we make another one closer around frequency with the highest gain to find best response. At the end we get to 1315 kHz. Is this frequency ok?
