The only one abnormal things I observed is the mean dTOF result. If you get these results at zero flow, you should check your transducer. It may cause by the unmatched impendence of this pair of transducers. You can switch the UPS and DNS transducer and see if the mean of dTOF goes above zero.

Hello,

This anomaly must be from the Delta TOF offset that I am using of 100 ps. I used this to stabilize the readings at zero flow as I saw from some other responses at the forum. Is this ok or I am I going to have trouble later on with non zero flow measurements?

I donot recommend setting the dTOF offset value normally. Can you elaborate more details on how you use it to stabilize the readings at zero flow?

You set #define USS_VOLUME_SCALE_FACTOR  54.939998626708984375 in your head files. I think your problem is related to it. You can try to set it as 55 or 54.9 and see what happens.

First check your code and see if it has been updated to 02.20.00.08. 

The bouncing volume results seems annoying, but the 5E-6 and 1.499E-5 are both close to zero. We can still consider the results are right. Can you check the volume results when you get flows in your pipe and see if it still has the bouncing problem?
