MSP430G2553: Aging and Reliability Assistance

Hello,

I am a college student doing a reliability study by using some MSP430G2553IRHB32T microcontrollers to look at the affects of electromigration. In the study I will be aging the MSP430s thermally, by overclocking, and by using a high VCC all with a 100% on time. The aging process may be for about 1000 to 1500 hours before analyzing them, but I'm hoping to have it age as much as possible within that time.

Looking at the datasheet, I can see that the maximum temperature is 150 degrees Celsius, the maximum VCC is 4.1 V, and the maximum clock frequency is 16 MHz (at VCC = 3.3 and 50% +/- 10% duty cycle).

1. Are these the absolute maximum temperature, VCC, and clock frequency with a 100% on time for normal operation of the device (i.e. can these be pushed to a higher value without causing physical damage for aging purposes or are they calculated to be the absolute maximum even for aging)?

2. What is the use temperature and the delta between the ambient and junction temperatures?

3. What is the precise modeling for the acceleration factors for the MSP430G2553IRHB32T (a document titled "Calculating Useful Lifetimes of Embedded Processors" showed that in calculating the precise accerating factors I would need to contact TI)?

4. Is there a relational graph between the temperature and the clock frequency as well as between the temperature and VCC?

I have read a few threads for the MSP430G2553 and a few other devices such as the equation for the Tjmax for the TS5A21366 device, but the datasheet did not have the same needed variables that the equation required; nor could I find information on the ambient or junction temperatures.
