The 'FR6043 is not mean for that; It can measure simple transit time through gas very accurately and differential transit time incredibly accurately. This is important to measure flow rates and correct for non-linear effects of pipes for liquids and gas.
Now the physical background: Humidity has an impact to speed of sound; therefore a time measurement could be used... but also pressure and temperature have an impact of the speed of sound. ...if you could keep temperature and pressure constant then you have a chance. Still it is not practicable; you would need temperature controlled honeycomb rectifiers with an pressure controlled gas stream. or something similar... sorry
