[FAQ] Getting Started in E2E
Part Number: MSP-EXP432P401R
I am using KEIL as IDE with MSP-EXP432P401R. I did all the required updates, I have installed the XDS110 driver and updated the launchpad XDS firmware. I have started with the BLINKY example, the built without error. but when I click debug, I get the following error message:
"tixds510cortexM.dvr" is missing. I checked the file path mentioned in the error message and I found the file available. I am not sure why I get this error message while the file is available and KEIL knows the path to the file.

Thank a lot Seong for sharing this document. I have used the CMSIS-DAP Debugger and it solved the issue, the blinky code is running. However the other debuggers suggested in page 16 of the document you sent did not work.

I'm having this same problem. Followed all steps, removed Keil reinstalled keil. removed emulation software reinstalled, same Issue on 2 different MSP432 devices.

Fresh install of Keil mdk528a.exe to use with the TI MSP-EXP432P401R board.
CCS 9.2 also installed.
Flash fails and suggests an install of the entire TI emulation driver pack to c:\ti resulting in a 132M duplicate install in c:\ti\ccs_base for what is already installed in c:\ti\ccs920\ccs\ccs_base.
Then after installing the entire emulation package attempting to configure flash, debug->settings now results in the error 'c:\ti\ccs_base\emulation\drivers\tixds510cortexM.dvr' not found.
This despite there being a 'c:\ti\ccs_base\emulation\drivers\tixds510cortexM.dvr' dated "08/26/2019 02:45 PM" with size of "138,752 bytes". There seems to be a Bug here. It does not follow:
