MSP432P4111: XDC 3.60.00.24 does it exist?

Part Number: MSP432P4111

I'm trying to load an MSP432 project from resource explorer, and import-to-IDE refuses, with a message that I need XDC 3.60.00.24.

I don't know how to find or install that version - the last version here: http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/rtsc/ is 3.55.....

How do I find that version and download it and install it?
