Hi JD,

Thank you for your response.
I will let my customer know that it will take some time to get the answer for this information.

I believe the package was LQFP-64 since it is MSP430F1612IPMR.

I wanted to let you know that I have requested this data. Although sometimes it may be quicker, it may take up to 3+ weeks to get it back.

Package: LQFP-PM 64 pin
Theta JA: 45.3
Theta JC: 10.7
Theta JB: 18.1
