MSP430F6459-HIREL: Reliability and Radiation Information

Hello, regarding this part number, I'd like to understand what makes it a "high reliability" device, is it just the MID function?

Does the component suffer more exhaustive qualification testing?

Is there any radiation test data for this component?

Gabriel,

I don't believe we have any radiation testing for the F6459-HIREL device, I believe we only have this for our space devices.

I was able to gather some additional information regarding our Hi-Rel devices.

Main differences from the standard F6459 catalog version are going to be:
