Hello Ling,

             As mentioned in my first message I have already tried this connection which is mentioned in Datasheet but still unable to dump the code. Please suggest me some other connection or any proof that this works.

SBW (2 wire JTAG) is working fine with FR devices. TI recommendation is to use cap on RESET pin with maximum value of 1nF.

Daisy chain is not supported by TI JTAG interface. In setup with multiple target devices, each device must be connected in parallel to MSP-GANG like master.
