The last message I got was some sort of low power jtag message in code composer studio. I was running it off an unpowered usb hub on my laptop :(

since then I've only got

CS_DAP_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -261 @ 0x0) Invalid response was received from the XDS110. (Emulation package 8.3.0.00003)

I've tried different usb cables and different computers.

I've tried factory reset and that does not work (no connection). I have even tried multiple jtag options 4 wire, 2 wire etc.

I've tried updating the xsd110 firmware and that does work.

Does this mean my board is bricked?

I'm resorting to leaving it off for a few days to see if it comes good.

Thanks, exactly what I needed! I've followed the guide. I'm now trying to piggy back off another xds110 debugger to isolate the issue.

It looks bricked. I tried manually connecting through the DAP to erase the memory, but I got the same error...

I checked the reset line on my scope and it looks like a steady 3.3V

I'm marking this as resolved as in bricked. I saw that a few people have successfully brought their devices back from the dead, but there is only so many times I can hit reset.

I'm able to debug the LPSTK-CC1352R (sensor tag) with the XDS110 on the MSP-EXP432P401R, so the issue must be with the MSP432.

Hi Graham,

Do you get the same error when trying to use the TI-RSLK Debug tool online? Try going to www.ti.com/rslkdebugtool and see if you can load the test firmware.

I get an error. Unfortunately the same error as if it was not plugged in at all :/

I did try the Uniflash 5.2 tool as well. It did the same thing as code composer studio.

I enabled logging for TiCloudAgent and here are my logs... If I try with the board attached, the log is 3 times the size, so that is a good sign.temp_no_board.zip
