1MSP430F6733(80pin) does not wake up after several times of /RST switching.
keeping 3.3V on VDD, if I apply PWM that has 2s offtime and 1s on time on /RST port, after 20s~40s, device does not wake up and can't reset with reset port. MCU is stuck and no response at all.
if I make cut power supply on VDD and re-apply 3.3V on VDD, then it starts running.
what can make this happen?
I loaded TI example code so it's not software problem.
I attached customer's schematic.
Any ideas on this?

Just want to clarify the setup you are using.
So you have a PWM signal applied on test point R and you are able to reset the device at first but after 20~40s you cannot reset the device anymore right?
Do you try connect test point R directly to GND and will that reset the device?
