Part Number: MSP-GANG

I use MSP GANG Elprotronics programmer, and constantly getting "ERROR 10: CRC Access key. Key corrupted. Access to programmer is blocked." even when target chip is not connected.

Have installed latest software (v1.03.03.00), Programmer HW Rev: 1.04, SN: 19110463.

But it is not clear where to get recommended Elprotronics software to update label key.

Have sent email to Elprotronics, but did not get answer yet.

Are there any solutions?
