Part Number: MSP430FR2476
the datasheet does not talk about POH Power on Hours. The FR2476 can support 105C.
What POH can be expected for operating at max temp?
Similar questions for other MSP430FR2xxx FRAM parts that may be speced to 85C max. What POH can be expected there, when operating at 85C max?
The start-up time you describe is from power on to MCU run? Or from power-on to start executing application tasks?Are there any special requirements for the POH you describe?

I think you mis-understood my request. What I was asking was the Power On Hours at higher temperature, here 85C. If the devices is at that temperature, how long can it run with always on? Does it reach 100K hours.

We confirmed that MSP430FR2476 device is qualified for 105C @ 100K Power on hours.
