MSP432E401Y: Correct USB connection

Hi Rodney,

From what I can find for detailed information on MSP432E401 USB, I believe the USB connections are correct, however, I'm a little confused about the ESD suppressor connections.

Let me check first with a few folks to make sure this design is good to go.

Also, didn't know if customer was aware, here is a thread about example code to invoke BSL from the application.
