MSP432E401Y: Cannot import project from SDK v 4.2 -- says SysConfig is not installed, but it is.

Hello,

I am using CCS version 9.3 on the MSP432E401Y. After downloading the SDK v4.20.00.12 I am trying to import the example freeRTOS gpio interrupt project and I get this error.

But the SysConfig is installed as shown below. 

Does anyone know why this error would occur?
