Part Number: MSP430FR2433

Hi

I imported example ecomp_ex2_interruptVcompVs1.5V

when I build it I have these errors

"../ecomp_ex2_interruptVcompVs1.5V.c", line 85: error #20: identifier "EComp_initParam" is undefined
"../ecomp_ex2_interruptVcompVs1.5V.c", line 86: error #20: identifier "ECOMP_INPUT_1" is undefined
"../ecomp_ex2_interruptVcompVs1.5V.c", line 87: error #20: identifier "ECOMP_INPUT_DAC" is undefined
"../ecomp_ex2_interruptVcompVs1.5V.c", line 88: error #20: identifier "ECOMP_FILTER_DELAY_OFF" is undefined
"../ecomp_ex2_interruptVcompVs1.5V.c", line 89: error #20: identifier "ECOMP_NORMAL_OUTPUT_POLARITY" is undefined

what do I miss? I reconfigured this example for MSP430FR2433.

thanks vadim

  • I don't think the FR2433 has a comparator. [Ref data sheet (SLASE59D) Fig 1-1.]

    Hi Bruce,

It seems i need a different chip. TI has a lot in that series. I tried to look into the search tree but "compactor" feature is not listed in search. Is there other ways to look?

    thanks vadim

  • In reply to vadim:

I found "comparator channel" feature in search. It looks like there is only one part?

    thanks vadim

  • In reply to vadim:

I just tried "Comparator channels(#)" >= 1 and it offered to "View 369 parts". I didn't take it much further since I didn't know your other requirements.

  • In reply to Bruce McKenney47378:

thank you! I found it too.

  • In reply to vadim:

If you're looking for something in the FR2 series, both the FR2355 and FR2476 have comparators (plus a lot of other good gizmos), and have Launchpads to try them out with.

  • In reply to Bruce McKenney47378:

thanks! I just got 2311 launchpad that should be sufficient

    vadim
