EVM430-FR6043: Supporting Bidirectional ToF measurement

The USS supports bidirectional ToF measurement. It has both upstream and downstream measurements. You can look at the Quick Start Guide for Gas Flow Meter (www.ti.com/.../slau824). Figure 16 shows both the upstream (UPS) and downstream (DNS) AbsToF computations.
